This is my 2nd SERIOUS attempt at drawing Anime. The bottom got cut off in the scanner for some reason but I wasn't satisfied with that piece anyways so that's ok. COMMENT PLEASE!

I adore this, may I ask what ddi you used because it looks like you added water to pencil

Thank you very much!
I used pencils, computer paper, and smudged the shading in places with just my fingers. No water. o.o Just a LOT of time went into shading and reasing and what not.

Well thank you very much. Though I must give credit to the tutorial "How To Draw Anime..." on my favorites. Check it out... it helped me a lot!

Thanks. I bet you could though. I suprised myself when I was finished. A friend gave me a tip to "draw what you see" and pay attention to the angles that light sources cause objects and you`ll understand better how to shade.
Also, look on my page and check out the tutorial that I FAVORITED on how to draw anime... that gave me a lot of insight. I found that I could do eyes much better when I added the guidance sketching first and then erased it once I got the eyes shaped.
If you look at The Major +1+ on my page you`ll see how I didn`t apply those tips well and how large a difference it makes. The scanner didnt pick up all the bad smudging on The Major +1+
